Candidates who gave CBSE UGC NET Exam in Nov 2017 can now make application for the photocopy of their OMR sheet and computation sheet. The office will just offer these xerox copies on the request base and you can avail the same until February 9th, 2018.
The exam was held on 5.11.2017 by the Central Board of Secondary Education across ninety one cities and 1700 exam venues in the country in eight four subjects. About, nine lakh students gave application for CBSE UGC NET for the vacant post of Assistant Professor & Junior Research Fellow in the concerned fields.
How to Get Answer Keys and Recorded Responses?
There are some easy methods to be adhered to see the OMR sheet and calculation sheet
- Go to the official web site of CBSE UGCNET
- Here, on the left side click link ‘CBSE-UGC NET RESULT – Nov 2017’ key in the informatin like application no., roll number, and date of birth as indicated in your admit card to obtain results.
- For the answer sheets, click link ‘Final Answer Key For Paper One, Two, and Three in the same left side bar.
- And for OMR sheet and the calculation sheet copy, you might have to give a request to the director of UGC NET. This is also not a free service as the student should spend Rs.500 to obtain OMR Sheet and calculation sheet until February 9th, 2018. To avail the photocopy one should send this application to

As the notified by UGC NET, on January 9th, 2018, applicants who have already had given under RTI Act 2005 or otherwise might apply new for the same along with requisite fee of INR 500 on or before the mentioned date of February 9th, 2018. The fee might be paid to this office via Demand Draft DD favoring Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi/New Delhi issued by any scheduled bank.
Ensure to enter Roll No., Name & Address perfectly in the application as wel as on the backside of demand draft. Also, these copies shall not be given to any institution or school for business purpose.
Discrepancies in OMR/Calculation Sheet
Candidates can claim the registered response if those vary from the ones you have checked on the OMR Sheet via the link made available at www.cbsenet.nic.in. Here, the challenges surrendered by post or in person will not be agreed. The prescribed fee of Rs.1000 per recorded response claimed will be needed to be surrendered through Credit/Debit Card.
If the challenge is valid by the Board i.e. if the recorded answer is not the same as checked by you on the OMR sheet, correction will be made and the fee will be returned back. While if there no requires correction then the fee remitted is non-refundable.

Changing Qualifying Criteria
UGC has altered the selection criteria for this exam. Inplace of relesing best 15% category-wise merit list only six percent of the whole candidates were to be passed this time.
As per the press statement by CBSE, close to 4,09,439 male, 5,19,557 female and three transgender candidates gave registration for this exam. Over 75% applicants took the exam and marked it to be easy in difficulty level.
